And we're off...BA tried to slow us down with a one and a half hour delay, then another hours delay into Vancouver, but we got to the hotel OK, got a nice large suite that fit the bikes! July 1st we set off into Vancouver where 'Canada Day' was being celebrated. We went up the Lookout tower and saw Canada place, and the steam clock, then purchased some soap and a towel and set off to the Tsawasswn ferry for Vancouver Island. There was a tunnel in the way that didn't allow bikes, and we'd just missed the shuttle - but luckily one turned up 10 minutes later and we arrived with 10 mins to wait for the ferry. It's a beautiful coastline - we must return and stay longer...Then we stayed at Alan and Sandys house in Sidney - an amazing log cabin on the sea side...Sandy cooked us delicious Bean stew aith cheese biscuits and pepper jelly (the kids went to sleep) with home made wine and local beer...
a wonderful welcome - and another sunny day dawns...

Don't worry about the house, your neighbours are very alert, as I proved when I managed to set the alarm off at first attempt to get in.
Have a good time

Panic!
Car is locked, can't find car key. Also can't get garage door to open, prob because not able to locate correct fuse and switch and car right up against gate.
Help!!
Simon
P.S. hope things are going well.

don't take too many stimulants like WLB(Wine and Local Beer) otherwise your kids will have to ride the 2000kms themselves (even if I agree it is probably better than EPO).
Have fun.

All keys are in the drawer immediately on the left at the bottom of the stairs to the garage.
There is also a manual garage door opener (bar) near the fuse box, to be used with the eye/ring on the right hand side of the garage door.
Open the last version of the word doc (on our PC) which details info such as the above.
Good luck!
